Villa Bonicelli srl was founded in 2024 as a joint venture between the owners of the properties inside the beautiful hamlet of Villa Bonicelli and Alessandro, a young local with a passion for the Appennino and its unexplored beauties and hidden gems. The company manages a total of five properties with the mission to showcase our beautiful, unexplored territory. All properties are located within Villa Bonicelli, a small sunny paradise situated just above the Dolo river, which is part of the municipality of Toano in the province of Reggio Emilia.

Villa delle Fonti is a stunning 3 floor traditional stone house. Located at the top of river Dolo, the house offers a incredible view on the river valley.
