Built in '80 the house is surrounded by a big garden completely viable to guests.
On the first floor there is a big living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms and one bathroom.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a small bathroom between.
Villa ELENA is near "Parco dell'Aveto", so it's in an ideal position for people who love excursions by bike or walkings. It is not too far from "Parco Naturale Regionale di Portofino" and from "Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre".
