This amazing villa is located in the most strategic area of the north-sardinia. From here you will be able to reach all island like Corsica, Maddalena or Caprera in a very short time. The Villa has an amazing sea-view and it is very peaceful and spacious, perfect for a family or a group of friends that want to take a break from the frenetic city-life. The lovely sea-view-patio will donate you you pleasant relaxing evenings and breakfasts. The nearest and famous beach is around about 600 meters from the house and you have free parking pass.

The villa is located between Palau and Santa Teresa di Gallura, two of the most famous villages of the north-sardinia. The area is surrounded by amazing local restaurants and I will be happy to recommend a few if needed. If you like sea-sports, Porto-Pollo / Isola Dei Gabbiani is what you are looking for and it is only around about 10 minutes driving from the villa. There you can try wind-surf, kite surf and all the sea-sports. If you like to party, Costa Smeralda / Porto Cervo are around about 40 minutes driving from the villa.
