The villa Farinelli, vacation rental on Lake Lugano is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday, but who wants to visit the area of the Lakes: Lake Lugano, Lake Maggiore, Lake Como; and the city of Northen Italy like Milano, Varese, Como, Lecco.
The villa is furnished in romantic style, consisting of a large living room, a kitchen with fireplace, two double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with large shower, a terrace of approx. 100 m2 and a private garden. Offers BBQ and 2 external tables for outdoor grilling and eating in the garden or on the terrace. Private car parking and access to laundry facilities.
Guests have access to the garden, the swimming pool, parking and laundry room, where they will find a washing machine and dryer.
Isabella and I live within walking distance from the Villa and we are present at check-in and check-out. In addition, we remain available throughout the entire stay to help our guests.
We are Isabella Bellani and Maurizio Farinelli, we live in Viconago and have been renting holiday homes for the past 6 years. During this time we hosted in our properties more than 500 families from many different parts of the world, and this is definitely one of the aspects of our job that we love the most.
The village of Viconago is only a short drive from Lake Lugano, and from the town of Ponte Tresa, where tourists can find shops and restaurants. Every saturday in Ponte Tresa there is a street market. The villas strategic position allows guests to reach the center of Viconago in a few minutes, where they will find a small grocery shop and a Pizzeria.
The town of Luino and Lake Maggiore are just 20 minutes away. The city of Varese, that offers a wide choice of shops and entertainment such as cinemas, theaters, shows and concerts, is reachable in only 25 minutes drive. Milan is 1 hour away. Moreover the village of Viconago is located very close to the border, and allows guests to reach Switzerland in a few minutes drive. The closest city is Lugano.
Even Lake Como is only 50 minutes away, a perfect destination for a day trip in Bellagio.
