Property information

Villa Fiorella is located on a hilltop with a 360 degree view of the green valleys and centuries-old oak forests below. The villa is 200 years old and has been completely restored in the typical style of Umbrian country houses with wooden beams on the ceiling, terracotta floors and oak parquet flooring. The interiors are spacious and bright, and the rooms are furnished with period furniture. The villa consists of two floors, the rooms on the upper floor can be reached either by an internal staircase or by the typical external staircase with balcony. All around the villa is a private park with roses and lawn and a large pergola covered with transparent polycarbonate and climbing plants. At guests' disposal is a swimming pool with a telescopic cover that is closed from 15.05 to 15.06 and from 01.09 to 15.10, allowing prolonged bathing even in the cooler months. Outdoor tables are also available for delicious dinners in front of a magnificent panorama. Adjacent to the swimming pool is a small fitness room with a sauna and a bocce court. The Villa has a strategic position ideal for visiting the most beautiful Umbrian towns in the area such as Orvieto, Assisi and Todi. The owner lives 200 metres away, in the same property, and occasionally does the necessary maintenance work in the garden. Note: Cleaning Fee to be paid at the property - 300.0 euro
