Independent villa with typical Italian style, comfortable and welcoming. It can accommodate up to 8 people: three large double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and a French sofa bed. Bright living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a livable terrace. The property is equipped with screens. Air conditioning available in all rooms and WiFi connection. Guests have access to a green space surrounded by olive trees, equipped with a barbecue fireplace and tables where you can enjoy meals with company. Two private parking spaces within the property. Villa Fiorita is located near all the main services such as supermarkets and pharmacies, easily reachable on foot. The most prestigious beaches in the area are just a few kilometres away. I
