It is a lovely 5 bedroomed villa, located in an exclusive residential area of Marina di Pietrasanta (Versilia coast), just 250 m from the sea. The property boasts a private garden with lawn, swing and chairs. Within the garden there is also a dependance where there is a double bedroom with bathroom and the laundry beside. The villa is equipped with a gate and an alarm system, in order to ensure the utmost privacy and safety. The whole property, made up of a main building (250 sqm - set on 2 floors), can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a double living room (with sofas and chairs), a dining room (with glass table), a TV room and a kitchen (equipped with oven, refrigerator, blender, ice-machine, dishwasher). A bathroom with shower makes the rest of this floor. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows: tree large double bedrooms (including one with ensuite bathroom with shower chromotherapy and another with private balcony) and a twin room. Following a large, elegant bathroom with chromotherapy bathtub/shower.
