Wonderful historic villa with terrace and exclusive access to the sea, a short distance from the village of Scopello and the famous Tonnara. Located on the Faraglioni of Scopello, Villa La Fenice is one of the few historic villas on the sea in this location. It is characterized by 3 paths (“costiero”, “di mezza costa” and “alto”) enriched by numerous coves, where their crystalline waters stand out. For this reason, we suggest you take your mask and flippers with you, to fully enjoy the beautiful seabed that the reserve offers. Also, the Gulf of Macari, located just 16 km from San Vito, is not to be missed: here, the sea has some wonderful shades to be discovered. 30 km away is Erice, an ancient city of Phoenician and Greek origins, perched 751 m high on the mountain that bears the same name. Surrounded by the walls, the city is a maze of narrow streets with two faces: the sunny, bright one of the hot summer days, and that of the winter days, when one has the perception of visiting a place out of time.
