The villa is located in a private area with EXTERNAL security cameras. It spans 3 floors without an elevator, so there are stairs both to access the structure and to access the accommodation. In the courtyard of the property, there are 2 free COVERED PARKING spaces, and additionally, 2 more cars can be parked outside the garage. The house is entirely at your disposal, and you can enjoy all the services inside it for FREE! To reach the sea, we recommend leaving the car in La Spezia and taking the bus to the beaches of Portovenere or Lerici!
