Villa Luisa is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, in Le Marche region. Surrounded by a large park rich in plants and centuries-old olive trees, this villa is the ideal place to relax in total privacy and enjoy pleasant days at the beach on the Adriatic coast, which is about 5 km away. The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is an open space with living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom (beds can be joined upon request) with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. On the first floor which is accessible via internal staircase or from the outside there is a large living room with dining table and panoramic terrace, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Guests have access to a large veranda equipped with table and chairs accessible both from the outside and from the ground floor. * Air conditioning available in the open space and in a double room on the ground floor and in two double rooms on the first floor; Heating consumption: metered ** Electricity in excess of 200 KW per week: according to the prices in force at the time of rental *** Tourist tax: Euro 1.50 per day/person (up to a maximum of 14 nights)
