The Sardinian-style villa is beautifully decorated in turquoise and blue tones with welcoming wooden accents. The house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The child-friendly cottage also offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV, crib and high chair (the last two available on request). The highlight of the property is the spacious outdoor area. Here you will find a lovely garden with Mediterranean plants, peacocks, and turtles. Spend relaxing hours and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. Guests also have access to a large shared pool (open from April 5th to September 30th) that lights up in 7 different colors, and a private terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals and end the evening with a glass of wine. Thanks to its ideal location outside the bustle of Porto Rotondo, you are guaranteed complete privacy and can reach the center in just a few minutes by car. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are nearby. The sandy beach of Marinella is 3 km away. Parking is available. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra charge.
