Property information

VILLA MARINA The property is a real getaway: fully immersed in nature and countryside you can be sure to relax and have fun with your group. Far from any kind of noise but yet very close to nearby towns (about 6 km away). You will get to the property by a short private dirt road, driving through vineyards and beautiful mountain and hills views. The villa is very big, with very spacious rooms. On the ground floor you will be amazed entering the kitchen and sitting area, ceilings are original and arch bricks guide you from a room to the other. Old and new furniture are mixed up to combine beauty and comfort. Paintings, sculptures and pottery are everywhere. Wood, marble, bronze and porcelain are recurrent material. Each bedroom has a bathroom, every room has been carefully made up for your comfort and wellness. The best part of course, is the outdoor. Wide property with fields and woods for you to live outdoor, do your yoga or morning walks. The private pool is 12*5 mt, open from May 1st until Sept 30, with several deck chairs and two marquees for reading a book in the shade.
