This beautiful, detached villa is about as close as you can get to the sea without getting your feet wet! Its private garden has direct access to Quinta Spiaggia beach. With panoramic sea views and plenty of outside space, the villa, which can sleep 5 people, is an idyllic holiday base in this popular part of Sardinia. - An extra bed is located in one of the double bedrooms. It is in a very low mezzanine, and the staircase to get up into the mezzanine is very steep. - The direct access to the fifth beach from the villa is not passable due to winter storms. However, it is possible to reach it via a side path at the left of the neighbouring house.
