Villa nel villaggio residenziale "Panorama" nella zona del Capo Berta. Il soggiorno e la terrazza hanno una vista splendida sul golfo e sulle colline dell'entroterra Ligure. Posto auto privato e garage (metri 6.50 x 3.50 ) Per raggiungere il mare o il centro, il percorso é meno di 1km percorribile in auto, bici o a piedi. Dalla casa é possibilie percorrere molti sentieri o stradine per gli amanti delle scampagnate o mountain bike. Perfetto per chi ama la natura! L'ospite deve portare le proprie lenzuola ed asciugamani. In caso desideri il noleggio, deve avvertire preventivamente la struttura. Il costo di EUR 15 a persona a soggiorno, sarà addebitato alla partenza. Kindly note that the bed linen and towels are not provided. Should you wish to rent them, you will need to advise the property prior to the arrival. The cost is 15 EUR per person per stay and it will be settled upon departure.
