In Montecatini Alto, there are still small artisan shops, taverns and vantage points at the Rocca where you can stop to admire the sunset. The location of Villa Poggio Scalette is favourable for organising visits to Florence (about 1h), Lucca (30min) and in less than an hour you will be in Viareggio, the seaside resort of Versilia.
