Villa for 6 people with spectacular sea view, veranda, pool and garden In Stintino Villa Regina can accommodate 8 people with a spectacular sea view, veranda, swimming pool and garden. Villa Regina is a large, bright villa with a large garden and private pool with spectacular sea views and air conditioning. The residential complex of this villa is called Punta su Torrioni and is located on a hill overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view of the Pelosa beach, and is surrounded by tahe unspoilt nature of the Mediterranean. For our guests we have 2 private parking places. The villa is equipped with a newly renovated kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. From the large living room with large windows you can access the covered veranda furnished with outdoor furniture overlooking the sea and continue to the pool. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children in the sofa bed in the living room. If desired we can add an extra bed in the bedroom for a child. The accommodation is perfect for young people, large families with children and seniors. The villa consists of two floors, divided into living and sleeping area, a large living room with windows facing the sea and the pool with living room, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath and shower over the tub). Accessories: Kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, blender, fridge/freezer, TV, WiFi, kettle, barbecue. Outside: Furnished veranda, garden, swimming pool with sun beds, private parking. In the immediate vicinity of Stintino, just 12 minutes from the town in the Country Paradise, the villa is situated on a panoramic promontory with wonderful sea views. From the house within a radius of 3-4 km you can reach many coves of incomparable beauty.

Close to the villa, inside the Residence Country Paradise, at about 200 metres, there is a supermarket, a shopping centre, 2 pizzerias, a restaurant, a medical service, a swimming pool with entertainment, baby parking, a golf course and a helicopter service. In the vicinity of the villa there is a shuttle bus service that runs continuously to the Pelosa beach, the Saline beach and the town of Stintino. The public bus service is available from 7:00 to midnight from June to October. The villa is located on the north-west coast, a quiet and safe area, with its breathtaking views, wild and unspoilt nature, a true paradise for sea lovers, in contact with a still pure and unaltered environment.
