Situated in the Chianti wine district of the Tuscan countryside, Villa S.Andrea offers accommodation in the small ancient village of Fabbrica, 10 km from San Casciano Val Di Pesa. This farm stay produces its own Chanti Classico wine and Extravirgin Olive Oil. Rooms are set in a renovated Villa from the 11th century, while apartments are located in two different buildings with pool, few km. from the reception, the restaurant and the rooms. All accommodation has rustic style and offers a private bathroom and satellite flat-screen TV. WiFi is free throughout. A Tuscan breakfast and daily cleaning is provided for guests staying in the rooms, while apartments are considered self-catering. Villa S.Andrea is located between Florence and Siena, San Gimignano is within a 30-minute drive from the property. The on-site restaurant serves typical Tuscan dishes.

The on-site restaurant is closed on Thursdays.
