Outside we find private parking and flower gardens in every corner while the interior welcomes us with floors and bathroom details in fine marble and with high quality furnishings creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will give you a feeling of great comfort making you feel at home. The villa has 3 large double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, one with shower and bathtub, large kitchen with fireplace, 2 dining areas inside as well as 2 outside and 2 living rooms with fireplace. The outdoor patio is furnished with a large dining table, barbecue, fireplace and ping pong table. The strategic position allows you to quickly reach the lake shores, the motorway toll booths and the romantic city of Verona. Spas, water parks and amusement parks are just a few minutes drive from the property. The Villa is equipped with satellite TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi.
