Villa Simba is a beatiful luxury villa that offers complete tranquility and privacy, just 10 minutes drive from the center of Sant'Agata and 5 minutes from the long beach of Marina del Cantone. In the heart of the hills and sorrounded by greenery, it offers a postcard view of Nerano. Strategically located to visit the most beatiful sights, such as the ruins of Pompeii and Herculaneum, the island of Capri, Ischia and Procida, the city of Naples and the Amalfi coast, the villa has a private swimming pool on the panoramic patio overlooking the sea. The area around the pool is equipped with sun loungers and comfortble seats, various corners to relax and enjoy the shade of the trees that surround the property. The large patio is also equipped with a barbecue and several corners equipped for outdoor dining . A pizza oven also is available on request, by paying a supplement. The property is adorable on one level and can accomodate up to 6 people. Keep in mind that the villa is 300m from a narrow and steep 3 meters rural road. Bus stop at 350m; food stores just 500m away.
