ss. Annunziata excels for the attention to ethics, to live well and to the recovery of contact with nature. It extends over 15 hectares of natural park with an orchard, a windmill and more than 2,000 olive trees that give the famous biological EVO oil. The apartments are spacious, furnished with the typical taste of Tuscany, with precious furnishings and screened by WiFi, but present outside, to facilitate a relaxing and complete sleep. The position, at 60 meters above sea level, also guarantees in summer a pleasant atmosphere and the thick walls typical of the Tuscan farms create a climate always adequate inside the apartments. The Sea of St. Vincent, Blue Flag, is of fine golden sand and the waters of a beautiful light blue: There are private establishments, but largely it is free beach, with also stretches of beach for dogs. A few km away are the thermal baths of Venturina Terme, medieval villages such as Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima and Bolgheri, trekking paths between San Carlo and Calamoresca, museums and archaeological parks and mining.
