I am an urban planner and architect, nature lover and have lovingly restored this villa dating from the foundation of Sabaudia.

A magical villa special for Rowing clubs, out of the world and in the center of Sabaudia. Built and recovered from the 30s it is located on the lagoon of Sabaudia with a private jetty and offers the possibility to go fishing or canoeing.
It is located 800 meters from the beach.

Sabaudia is at the center of the Pontine's bonifica and the Circeo National Park.
Within a few kilometers radius you can find the villa of Domitian with its thermal baths, the medieval center of Fossanova, the megalithic walls of the Circeo and the traces of the first men in the Paleolithic caves on the edge of the sea at Torre Paola.
30 km of pristine beach along the dunes of the Quaternary and the possibility of fishing underwater where the Circe mountain dives into the Tyrrhenian Sea.
