Villa Talìa is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. In a green and quiet area, just a few minutes from the motorway and the sea, it offers a beautiful garden and a swimming pool (FOR EXCLUSIVE USE) with a panoramic view of the city and the sea. The villa is complete with everything needed to ensure a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The property also has a large private parking. The villa is composed on the outside of a living and dining area including an outdoor kitchen (a barbecue is also available to guests). From the external veranda you enter the building comprising living room with dining table and kitchen (furnished with every utensil - including fridge, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with capsules and traditional coffee machine). The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, a double sofa bed located in the living area and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. The villa has air conditioning, free unlimited wi-fi internet, washing machine and internal private parking. The furnishings include sheets, towels and pool towels. THE POOL IS OPEN FROM 01 APRIL TO 31 OCTOBER. The pool is reserved ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY for the guests of the villa. It is not shared with other people. POOL DIMENSIONS: length 16 m, width 6 m, minimum depth 1.30 m. maximum depth 2.80 m. (there is also a diving board).

The villa is located in a very quiet and peaceful countryside area from which you can admire a magnificent panorama, especially at sunset. The villa is located about 1 km from the center of Carini. In the center of Carini, you will find everything you need (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, post office, bank, bars, pizzerias and restaurants).
