Villa Tore is located Quartu Sant'Elena and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. Its strategic location (20 km from Cagliari and 30 km from Villasimius (one of the most beautiful beach sites in Sardinia) makes it an ideal destination for couples and families. The 100-square-meter property offers a cozy and quiet environment and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thus accommodating up to 5 people. Additional amenities include wi fi, air conditioning, a fan, pellet stove, washer, dryer, 3 TVs, barbecue, 3-seater inflatable canoe and 2-seater sup, 2 bicycles, professional foosball table, 4-seater outdoor hot tub with also heated water, a 3.5 m x 7 m lighted outdoor pool. One of the highlights of this allegium is the garden, which in summer offers various nooks and crannies to enjoy the sun and nighttime coolness. The property is 21 km from Cagliari airport, 40 m from the nearest beach (with pebbly bottom), 33 km from Villasimius, 30 min. from Solanas, 14 km from Geremeas, 20 km from Cagliari, 12 km from Poetto, 2.4 km from a pharmacy, 7 km from a supermarket, and 1 km from the nearest restaurant.
