Villa Turchese is a splendid and exclusive residence with private and direct access to the beach and is located in a the area of ​​Geremeas 30 km from Cagliari. The garden is very large and offers its guests a unique privacy. At Villa Turchese you can sunbathe on the lawn or enjoy the shade and tranquility on the large patio. The Villa is completed by an outdoor bbq and shower, a large private car park and a children's area in the garden. The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized. But remember that there is no intermediate cleaning during your stay. Before your arrival we'll contact you to ask for your personal data. We will personally welcome you at your check in, show you the house and give you the keys. We inform our guests that from 1 June 2025 the Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena has introduced the tourist tax. The tax will be collected in cash directly at the property.

Geremeas is a small touristic place 30 km from Cagliari and 24 km from Villasimius. It is a complex of houses and villas very close to the beach. In few minutes by car you can reach other really beautiful beaches, such as Kala e Moru, Mari Pintau and Torre delle Stelle. In 25 minutes you will reach Villasimius and its amazing beaches. The property has a private entrance and the possibility to park the car inside.
