Villa Valeria is a delicious villa few steps from the beach, located in the turistic and private area of Geremeas, 30 km from Cagliari. The garden with its fruit trees, aromatic plants and typical plants of Mediterranean scrub, surrounds the Villa offering to its guests the privacy. The patio is the right place to have lunch or have relax reading a book. We inform our guests that from 1 June 2025 the Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena has introduced the tourist tax. The tax will be collected in cash directly at the property.

Geremeas is a small touristic place 30 km from Cagliari and 24 km from Villasimius. Is a complex of houses and villas very close to the exclusive beach and the sea. In few minutes by car you can enjoy other really beautiful beach as Kala e Moru, Mari Pintau and Torre delle Stelle. In 25 minutes you will reach Villasimius and its amazing beaches. The property has a private entrance and the possibility to park the car inside.
