Villa Vittorio, located 4 km from the sea in Pesaro Urbino, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The property, arranged over two floors, includes a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and can accommodate up to twelve people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, and a ping pong table. Outside, you can enjoy a private pool, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The pool (depth from 1 m to 1.40 m) is open from mid-June to early September. The villa is close to the beach and about a 15-minute walk from a tennis court. Only 10 km from Fano and about an hour's drive from Sirolo, you can admire beautiful coastal views and visit charming towns. You can explore the beaches of Fano or the Conero National Park near Sirolo, ideal for hiking and breathtaking landscapes. Nearby, upon request and for an extra fee, a tennis court and a riding stable are available. The property offers five parking spaces. Pets are not allowed, smoking and parties are prohibited. The property has storage for motorcycles and bicycles, recycling guidelines, and energy-saving lighting. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels. You must leave the house in the same condition in which you found it; in case of damage or particularly severe conditions, additional cleaning costs may be charged.
