Welcome to Casa Conigliaro, a terraced apartment surrounded by swaying palm trees and the dramatic hills of Sicily. At a 20 minutes drive from Palermo city, it is a green oasis of calm and serenity, offering the luxurity of a swimming pool and a large private terrace with lounge, boarded by impressive vistas and deeply coloured sunsets. It has two comfortable bedrooms decorated with vintage sicilian furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are also available. The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa, while the ground floor is occupied by the owner. Guests will have privacy and independent access, as well as exclusive use of the swimming pool and garden.
