The house has five double rooms, one room with a double bed + a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms for exclusive use, one per floor! Towels are provided to you. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, hob and coffee machine. A South Tyrolean living room with a traditional stove invites you to socialise! The building has excellent connections and is only 6 minutes by car from the Speikboden skiing area. In the immediate vicinity are various shops & supermarkets, as well as restaurants. Various cycling and hiking trails run nearby! The picturesque town of Bruneck is also only 12 minutes away by car! In summer there is even a small garden available! WIFI & parking are of course free of charge! The ideal solution for large families and groups.

The host family lives in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and is usually present during your stay to offer help and advice. We are happy to give tips for visiting great highlights in the area and help where we can.
