This residential complex is located on the south-east coast of Sardinia, 15 km from Villasimius, in the village of San Pietro. The residence is 500 metres from the beautiful white sandy beach of San Pietro, 1.5 km from the village of Sant'Elmo and about 5 km from the centre of Costa Rei, where various services such as a doctor's office and pharmacy, a market, shops, bars and restaurants can be found. There are also vehicle and bicycle rental services. Built-in a typical Sardinian-Mediterranean style and well-integrated into the surrounding area, the villas are on the ground floor and have a separate entrance, a private parking space and a path leading to the equipped beaches in front of the villas. Equipped with every comfort, the villas offer a private outdoor area for dining and relaxing; nicely furnished, they also have: - kitchenette with electric hotplates - refrigerator - oven - microwave oven - dishwasher - satellite tv - free wi-fi - air conditioning (split in every room, except the bathroom) - bathroom with shower and hairdryer - washing machine (outside, with a clothesline) - large covered veranda, equipped with table and chairs - garden with private outdoor shower and barbecue - 1 private and numbered parking space - shared swimming pool (each 4 units) Your four-legged friends are welcome, an extra charge per stay is required for cleaning. Please note that the fees do not include the first supply of bed linen and towels. Kitchen cloths, sponges and soap are not provided and condiments such as oil, salt and pepper are not available.
