Nice two-room apartment located in Via Verona in Budoni, just 700 meters from the center and 900 meters from the beach: reachable on foot. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is internally composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette, a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed, for a total of 5 beds. the apartment is equipped with mosquito nets in all windows, air conditioning in the living room and television. Outside there are two private areas in which you can relax: the first area, which is accessed through the bedroom is a garden at the back of the building with a large veranda; the second area is located at the entrance, on the main facade of the building, with large veranda with dining table, courtyard with outdoor shower, brick barbecue and closed washing machine. The structure is located in a very quiet area but at the same time convenient to all services. It is located just 750m from the STELLA MARINA beach and its bar-restaurant-pizzeria. And 600m from the center where you can find numerous restaurants, bars, pizzerias and shops In the evening you will also find a nice walk with stalls and entertainment. Just 600m away you will find the nearest supermarket
