Newly built villa, bright, well-finished and elegant, in a residential area, 400 meters from two different beaches and 1 km from the city center. Availability to accommodate up to 6 people, with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed, large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Outside, a spacious patio and private parking space.

Neighbourhood information

Villetta Orsa Maggiore is located just 400 meters from the long and wide sandy beaches of Pietre Nere and Primo Scivolo, which have been awarded the Blue Flag for almost twenty years. The fine golden sand, the shallow water even at a distance from the shore and the sheltered position make it the ideal seaside place for children. On the beach, it is possible to rent an beach umbrella in one of the various Lidos, or stay in the large free beach area. The Pietre Nere waterfront offers a lively evening life with a pedestrian promenade, cycle / running path, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pizzerias and attractions for the youngest. A few steps away, restaurants, pizzerias and bars offer a wide choice for dining away from home. Sailing clubs for windsurfing, sailing and kitesurfing available in Maganuco (8 Km), Sampieri (13 Km) or Marina di Ragusa (30 Km). For two-wheel enthusiasts, rental and technical assistance for bicycles just 650 m. away.
