The house is located within an important agricultural property with large vegetative areas, vineyards, hilly and wooded areas. We will always be available to provide you with all the useful information.

Property information

Pretty dwelling immersed in the green of the sunny Tuscan hills. The town of Carignano is just 10 minutes drive from the historic center of Lucca. The house has an independent entrance, large living area, kitchen, two large double bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. Equipped with parking space and common areas for bicycle storage. It is ideal for temporary stays during holidays, concerts and events. WLAN included.

Neighbourhood information

At 10 steps from the house is the winery of the farm which in the afternoon and evening is available for wine tastings done on site. At 400 meters, easily accessible, there is a bar where you can have breakfast (closed on Tuesdays). In case of need, there is a pharmacy open every day from 8 am to 8 pm. In the evening you can choose to dine in some restaurants and pizzerias that are only 2 minutes from home. Two kilometers away there is a baker / grocery store, a butcher's, a pastry shop and the post office.
