Villino Malva is located in Scicli, Sicily. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. The municipality of Sicili has implemented a tourist tax.The tax amount is set at 1,5 Euros per person, per night, for 7 consequential nights . Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent. The outdoor pool will be closed for the winter season from 1st November to 31st March, due to weather conditions.
