Vivarum è situato all'interno di un palazzo antico alle porte della Villa Comunale di Bitonto. La struttura è stata recentemente oggetto di lavori di ristrutturazione completa che lo rendono un ambiente moderno, raffinato ed allo steso tempo rilassante.
