Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place to work or for vacation. Location is everything.........Townhouse is situated in New Kingston and walking distance or short car ride to all attractions: Bob Marley Museum, S Foods Supermarket , Devon House I-Cream, Emancipation park, Port Royal, Sovereign Mall, Banks and the new House of Flamez (10%) discount for guest) just to name a few. Shopping, Supermarkets, Gym, Restaurants an Night Life are also a short distance away. Fully secured unit with remote operated gate.
The Space:
Great open space plan. With a huge yard space for walking and jogging. Townhouse area have mango trees and other relaxing amenities.
Guest Access:
Guests have to enter complex with gate remote - thee are no other way to get in. There is no walk-in entry from outside with the remote.
Lives in Florida
The neighborhood zone comprises of upscale apartment complex, Hotels, Restaurants, Bob Marley Museum, Zoo, Gyms, Night Clubs and Craft Market. Apartment is walking distance to all major banks and supermarkets.
