The property is 15 to 20 minutes from airport. 2 minutes from a golf course. Less than 10 minutes from major fast food restaurants and shopping. 20 minutes from the nearest public beach. The property is super private and is located in a semi gated neighborhood called Rhyne Park Village. There is a reasonable size back yard
