.Janice has been hosting for about 5 years now. Some guest may find her extremely pleasant and others may find her difficult. She manages over 13 apartments , so some days are pretty hectic for her to be in all the places at the same time. That's why we ask guests to call or text 30 minutes before their arrival. I urge guests to be cognizant of that fact and understandable. . Overall she is a wonderful person when you get to know her.
