The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and is 10 mins to the beach at St. Ann Bay. Richmond estate has its own Country Store where you can pick up groceries, alcohol, personal care items and household cleaning supplies in fact its similar if not better than Spar or a mini market, there is even a bakery and pharmacy, you will find all your needs here. There is also an on site ATM and ice cream parlor and so much more all within walking distance or a 5 min drive.
