This unique home has a style all of its own in the midst of a new and thriving Gated Community. Amenities include a fully equipped gym, 24-hour gated security, swimming pool, a clubhouse, football field, tennis court, multi-purpose court, kids playground and a beach is across the road (less than a minute walk). Enjoy a beautiful sunset across a glistening Ocean View.
Grand Palladium Resort and Dolphin Cove attraction are literally across the road from this development. A 25 minute drive to the west and you are in Negril with amazing white sand beaches and Lucea town is a few minutes away; while 20 minutes drive to the East and you are in Montego Bay with shopping, nightlife, banks etc along with the Sangster International Airport.
