Spring Top Cottage is situated within Coral Spring village.. the house is located in phase 3 of the village, the village is a gated community and has a strict security presence which is paramount. Spring Top Cottage is a home away from home with the ambience of a sea view and a friendly atmosphere in and around the community.

FALMOUTH IS THE MAIN TOWN IN TRELAWNY, AND IT IS NOTED FOR BEING ONE OF THE CARIBBEAN BEST PRESERVED GEORGIAN TOWN IN THE WESTERN HEMISPHERE. THE TOWN IS LOCATED ON THE NORTH COAST OF THE ISLAND, WITH A DOCKING PIER FOR CRUISE SHIPS. GUEST CAN VISIT GOOD HOPE PLANTATION AND ESTATE WHERE THE SLAVES USED TO CULTIVATE SUGAR AND HAS BEEN DEVELOPED INTO A VILLAGE AFTER EMANCIPATION IN 1838. THERE IS THE FAMOUS BURWOOD BEACH WHICH FIVE MINUTES AWAY AND THE WONDERFUL GLISTERING WATER HOTEL AND RESTAURANT. IN ADDITION, THERE ARE A FEW LOCAL FISH RESTAURANTS TO WINE AND DINE AND THE WELL KNOWN CHILLOUT HUT WHICH JUST 15MINS AWAY, WHERE GUEST CAN ENJOY LIVE MUSIC AND KARAOKE.
