Shams is a 100-year-old house located in the heart of Amman. It is a space that welcomes all different kinds of people. The property offers a wonderful view both inside and outside. It has been renovated and decorated along a beautifully colored theme of red and teal, and there are shelves bedecked with souvenirs from around the world. At the top of our stairs, from our hammock area, you can also see out perfectly across Amman’s beautiful cityscape. You will be sleeping in a comfy private room in the house. You will have space to store your belongings or to sit down and work, as well as have access to fast internet. We have a very friendly cat living in the house.

There are literally too many things to list here. Shams is situated upon Jabal Amman one of 7 hills of old Amman, and the opportunities for sightseeing, dining, shopping or nightlife are endless. Jabal Amman is completely expat-friendly and safe. It has a lovely combination of local and international crowd. There are several places for drinks, food and coffee on our street alone; we are next door to the Royal Film Commission, Sijal Arabic Center, and Books @ Cafe; we are right around the corner from Rainbow Street, and minutes from Downtown, the oldest, busiest, and most exciting place to be in Amman,
