An old private house renovated from a Showa-era barbershop is now open at the gateway to the nature-rich northern part of Gunma. 90 minutes from Tokyo. 1 minutes walk from JR Shibukawa station. <What you can do> Trekking on Mt. Akagi, Mt. Haruna, and other famous peaks (30 min. by car, 4 min. walk to Toyota Rent-a-Car) Canoeing, kayaking, water sports, and fishing at Lake Shima, Suganuma, and the Tone River (20-50 minutes by car). One day trip to Ikaho Onsen (20 minutes by bus) Cooking delicious Gunma meats and vegetables in the spacious kitchen. BBQ on the veranda overlooking Mt. Haruna and Mt.Akagi Enjoy local food in the shopping district around Shibukawa Station (1-10 minute walk). The property is a three-story house with air conditioning, featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a theater room, a fully equipped kitchen (with a microwave and kettle), and one bathroom (with a bidet and shower). *Please note that amenities such as towels and toothbrushes are not provided, so we kindly ask you to bring your own. <Story> There was a small barbershop in that town. Many townspeople have spent their lives in and with this barbershop. The barbershop has closed its doors over the years, but the building is still loved by the town today, retaining the memories of those days. Please spend a relaxing time with the gentle warmth of the building and the tools that have been loved by people for a long time. We are a couple living in Gunma and Tokyo. In spring, bird watching and hiking in Oze. In summer, they canoe and SUP on Lake Shima. In autumn, they go hiking on Lake Haruna. In winter, I skate in Ikaho and go wakasagi fishing at Mt.
