Property information Chalet rooms are rented out individually or joined in privacy for families or groups of travellers. All rooms have a private en suite. The Chalet's open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings and wooden beams, western furnishing and heated floors offer comfort and style. With an iconic Jimmy Possum dining table, open fire place, and bar the ambience is set for entertaining or après. There is a separate media room with Italian leather couches and a large flat-panel TV. Ski resort, restaurants and bars are a stroll from the chalet. Open all 4 seasons, Bears Den is not your typical "place to stay" in Japan, purpose built for mountain enthusiasts this Western-style private lodge offers our guests the finest accommodation in Hakuba.
Hello! We are an Australian family living in Hakuba, we have been welcoming guests to our chalet since 2007. We love living in the mountians, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoing, hiking, swimming, and travelling.
Ski in, hiking trails, bike trails; all at our door step. Walking distance to onsens, temples, restaurants and bars in Goryu Village.
