If complaints persist after warning, we will contact authorities and require you to vacate. 3. Smoking Strictly no smoking in rooms or facilities (including balcony). 4. Energy Conservation Turn off all electrical items when leaving. 5. Guest Entry/Exit Only registered guests allowed. Extra unregistered entries are not permitted. Shoes prohibited indoors. 6. Cleaning Report unclean areas at check-in only. No towel exchange or cleaning during stay; listed cleaning covers after check-out only. 7. Damage/Loss/Soiling Use room sensibly. Report any loss or damage immediately. For long stays, take care with water/oil stains; extreme soiling may require special cleaning. Lost keys will require replacement for security. 8. ID Submission Japan residents: representative’s ID/signature required. Non-residents: all guests’ IDs/signatures required by law. 9. Lost & Found Items kept for 1 week; then disposed. Food/drink discarded during cleaning. 10. Late Check-out If you wish to check out late, please notify us in advance; otherwise, extended stays are not allowed. 11. Extension Request by 8 PM the day before check-out; same-day requests may be declined.
