“Just 5-10mins drive to the Grand Hirafu Welcome Center, and there are free shuttle too if you're not driving. They have all the stuff and utensils. Specially like the bathroom with the onsen setting, which is so relaxing after a whole day...”

A chalet change may incur during your stay.

Please note, the on-site free parking is subject to availability. Please contact the property for more details.

The property offers a free shuttle between accommodation and Hirafu Village from December to March. Guest services such as airport transfer can be arranged (subject to availability). Please contact the property directly at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Front desk operation hours from December to March is 08:00-21:00, while from April to November is 09:00-17:00.

Please note that check-in time varies between seasons. Check-in time is 15:00 - 21:00 in December - March, 15:00 - 17:00 in April till November
