We recommend large-size hired cars or 4WD vehicles. The national highway from Sapporo is regularly cleared, and the final 1 km of city road to the villa is plowed every morning. In case of blizzards or whiteouts, please consult your car service provider about travel safety. If driving yourself, ensure your car has a tow hook and keep a shovel.
