It offers spacious rooms and property-wide WiFi, while a free shuttle transports guests to/from 2 nearby stations. At Fuji Premium Resort, guests can play a game of tennis indoors or outdoors, enjoy a game of pool billiards or try some game machines in the games hall. The hotel's facilities include a souvenir shop, table tennis, and an internet corner. Bright rooms come with a seating area with nature views, a sofa and an LCD TV. Restaurant Top of Forest offers breakfast and dinner buffets with Japanese and Western dishes, while Forest Garden offers barbecue in summer. The Premium Resort is a 20-minute drive from the scenic Kawaguchi-ko Lake. It offers a free shuttle to/from Kawaguchiko Station 15 minutes away, and Fujikyu Highland Station 10 minutes away.

The property provides a free shuttle between Kawaguchiko Station, Fuji-Q Highland Highway bus stop and the property. Please note, guests must make a reservation to use the free shuttle. Reservations are accepted from 1 day prior to guest's check-in date. Please call the property directly at least 30 minutes in advance to make a reservation.
The shuttle departs the property every hour between 08:30-12:30 and 14:00-19:00.
The shuttle departs Kawaguchiko Station every hour between 08:45-12:45 and 14:20-19:20.
The shuttle departs Fuji-Q Highland Highway bus stop every hour between 08:55-12:55 and 14:10-19:10.
You must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests arriving after this time must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Guests without a meal plan who wish to eat dinner at the property must make a reservation in advance.
