Hida Takayama Hodakaso Yamano Iori is just a 3-minute walk from JR Takayama Train Station and a 10-minute walk from Old Town and Takayama Jinya and Miyagawa Morning Market. The hotel is located in the center of Takayama city, and there are many restaurants around. The Japanese-style accommodation offers spacious public baths. No meals are provided, but bread and soup are provided as light meals in the room. Free parking is provided on site. Rooms feature a tatami (woven-straw) floor, shoji sliding paper screens and low furniture. They come with a fridge, green tea and a flat-screen TV. Guests can choose to stay in Japanese-style rooms with traditional futon bedding or rooms with Western low bed mattresses.
