“The included meals were exceptional. As a western family we really enjoyed the onsen experience. Our room did not include a bathroom so the shared onsen was compulsory! A great cultural experience.”

“Great place to enjoy kaiseki and onsens. We got the room with an in-room onsen too, which was great. Late at night we decided that we wanted to add a futon (instead of sleeping with the Western style beds) and they helped us with no problem.”
