“Very helpful English speaking staff at the front desk. Room was big for Japan and very clean. There were single sex indoor/outdoor onsens which we didn't have time to try. Loved the outside mixed hot pools (with swimsuits). Free parking outside....”

“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The resort is relatively close (~15 min walk) from one the major hot water springs attractions. It has its own spa which was very enjoyable to relax in. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyable stay.”
